San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore is a mountain hill town in the province of Pescara, part of the Abruzzo region in central Italy. The town's name comes from St. Valentine and that of the old province in which the town was located, ''Abruzzo Citeriore''. ==Overview== Nestled in the Apennines, less than from the Adriatic coast, the medieval town lies on the northern edge of the Parco Nazionale della Majella. One of San Valentino's most important architectural landmarks is Castello Farnese.〔(【引用サイトリンク】year=2008 )〕 Little known by tourists, San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore with its narrow, streets and stone buildings and fountains fed by mountain streams provides a glimpse of Abruzzo's past. In mid-November, the town hosts the Festival of the Cuckolds (''Festa dei Cornuti''), a parade honoring or deriding (depending on one's perspective) men with adulterous wives. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
